PHARR, Texas  – The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD (PSJA ISD) Education Foundation celebrated the lasting connections between the district and its community through its official Legacy Paver Event, held at PSJA Stadium just before kickoff of the highly anticipated PSJA High Bears versus PSJA Raiders football game.

The event brought together community members, alumni, families, and supporters for this event. Contributors had the opportunity to pick up their pavers and celebrate the special memories, people, and experiences they chose to honor through the program.

Through the Legacy Paver Program, supporters can leave a lasting mark at PSJA Stadium by dedicating a personalized paver in honor of a loved one, a favorite teacher, a memorable student experience, or their own PSJA journey. Each paver represents a personal connection to PSJA and helps create a pathway of memories that future generations can enjoy.

For contributors, the program offers a meaningful way to celebrate their connection to the district while giving back to the students and educators who make the PSJA community special.

Founded in 2013 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit philanthropic organization, the PSJA Education Foundation works to expand educational opportunities for students and support educators throughout PSJA ISD. Through employee contributions, local business partnerships, and community fundraising events, the Foundation has invested more than $3.5 million in student scholarships and educator grants.

The Legacy Paver Program is another opportunity for the community to support the Foundation's mission while becoming part of PSJA's history.
